Appointments & Cancellations
  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a 50% service fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in an adjusted or rescheduled appointment to respect our other clients' time.
Service Guarantee & Adjustments
We stand by our work! If you need an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments. Gratuity is always appreciated in cash.
Product Returns
Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days for store credit.
